Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and siplab ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the siplab platform at siplab.cam or by registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the siplab platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
- "Platform" — the siplab website accessible at siplab.cam, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, and features made available therein.
- "Account" — the individual member account created by a Player upon completing the siplab registration process.
- "Player" / "You" — any natural person who registers an Account and uses the Platform for wagering or gaming purposes.
- "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
- "Bonus Credits" — promotional funds, free spins, or other incentives credited to an Account subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
- "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total wager amount that must be reached before Bonus Credits or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity and address verification procedures required under anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming compliance obligations.
- "IDR" — Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, being the sole denomination in which transactions on the Platform are conducted.
- "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default timezone used for all time-sensitive Platform functions including draw schedules, promotional deadlines, and support operating hours.
- "Togel" — togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), a category of lottery betting game available on the Platform.
- "Mix Parlay" — mix parlay (accumulator bet), a type of sports wager that combines multiple match selections into a single bet.
- "Void Bet" — a wager that is cancelled and fully refunded to the Player's Account, typically due to an event postponement, technical error, or manifest pricing error.
By accessing the Platform, clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed in the page header.
These Terms & Conditions apply in full force and effect to your use of the Platform. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
Age Restriction: You must be 21 years of age or older to register and play on siplab. Providing false information about your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
To be eligible to open and maintain a siplab Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account.
- You are a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within Indonesia.
- You are accessing the Platform in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
- You do not hold any existing Account on the siplab Platform under any other name, email address, or identity.
- You are not an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of any employee of siplab or any of its affiliated companies.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list and have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform.
siplab reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withdrawal hold.
To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must register an Account. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.
4.1 — Single Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. If siplab identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual — by IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, identity document, or any other indicator — all associated accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the individual permanently barred from re-registration.
4.2 — Accuracy of Information. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point when updating your Account profile. siplab reserves the right to close any Account where registration information is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.
4.3 — Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. siplab will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access attributable to your own negligence in protecting your credentials.
4.4 — Notification of Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify siplab's customer support team immediately at
[email protected]. siplab reserves the right to temporarily freeze an Account pending a security investigation.
siplab operates in compliance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. As part of these obligations, siplab may require you to submit identity and address verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate by the compliance team.
Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to:
- Indonesian National Identity Card
(KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
- Indonesian Passport (valid and unexpired)
- Indonesian Driver's License (SIM — Surat Izin Mengemudi)
- Recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within 90 days) confirming your registered residential address
- Selfie photograph holding your identity document, taken on the date of submission
KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC clearance. siplab reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is deemed insufficient. Refusal to cooperate with KYC requirements will result in Account suspension.
All deposits to your siplab Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account holder differs from the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in deposit reversal and potential Account suspension.
6.1 — Accepted Payment Methods. siplab currently accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
6.2 — Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier screen at the time of transaction.
6.3 — Processing Time. Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to your Account within 5–15 minutes of payment confirmation. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally credited instantly. siplab is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
6.4 — Deposit Fees. siplab does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which siplab bears no responsibility.
6.5 — Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legally obtained and that you are not using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime. siplab reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your siplab Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
7.1 — Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by Account tier and payment method.
7.2 — Processing Time. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval during standard operating hours (WIB). Requests submitted during peak periods or requiring additional compliance review may take up to 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
7.3 — KYC Prerequisite. Withdrawals will not be processed until your Account has passed full KYC verification. This requirement applies to all Accounts regardless of balance size or wagering history.
7.4 — Wagering Prerequisite. Funds deposited must be wagered at least once (1x) on any eligible game or betting market before a withdrawal request will be approved. This requirement exists to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering or payment processing purposes.
7.5 — Withdrawal Suspension. siplab reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending a compliance review, fraud investigation, or Account verification. During any such review, the Player will be notified and provided with a reasonable estimated resolution timeline.
siplab offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotional page. The general provisions below apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
8.1 — Eligibility. Bonuses are available to verified Players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in each promotion. siplab reserves the right to exclude any Player from bonus eligibility at its absolute discretion, particularly where there is evidence of bonus abuse.
8.2 — Wagering Requirements. Bonus Credits must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 30x) before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain games — typically low-house-edge table games — may not contribute fully toward wagering requirements, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
8.3 — Time Limits. All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Credits and any associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required level before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically without compensation.
8.4 — Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Winnings derived from Bonus Credits are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap, which is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Winnings in excess of the cap will be removed from the Account at the time of withdrawal processing.
8.5 — Bonus Abuse. Strategies designed to exploit bonuses — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit, or engaging with low-variance games exclusively to clear wagering requirements — constitute bonus abuse. siplab reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close Accounts found to be engaged in such activity.
8.6 — Promotional Changes. siplab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing valid bonus balances already credited to Player Accounts will be honoured in accordance with the terms at the time of credit.
All betting and gaming activity on the siplab Platform is subject to the specific rules of each game or betting market, which are published within the Platform. The general provisions below apply across all products.
9.1 — Finality of Bets. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. In the event of a system error during bet placement, the Company's transaction records shall be the definitive record of the bet as placed.
9.2 — Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event postponement or cancellation, incorrect odds published due to manifest error, or technical failure during bet settlement. Void bets are fully refunded to the Player's Account Balance.
9.3 — Manifest Errors. In the event that an obviously incorrect price, odds, or payout is displayed due to a manifest error (including typographical errors, system malfunction, or data feed failure), siplab reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and settle affected bets at the correct price. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed by the system.
9.4 — Sports Betting — Mix Parlay and Asian Handicap. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one or more selections are voided, those selections are removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections stand. Asian handicap and voor bola (Indonesian term for handicap lines in football betting) markets are settled in accordance with the specific handicap rules displayed at the time of bet placement.
9.5 — Togel Draw Rules. Togel lottery draws are conducted according to the official draw schedules published within the Platform. Draw results are final and will not be disputed on the basis of a Player's prediction methodology. All togel bets must be placed before the stated bet-acceptance deadline for each draw.
9.6 — Live Dealer Games. Results determined in live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and sicbo — are governed by the rules of the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play Live, Evolution Gaming, etc.) and are final once the round has concluded. siplab has no ability to alter or void live dealer game outcomes after round completion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the siplab Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in any of the activities listed below will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Balance forfeited pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity or verification documents.
- Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial crime.
- Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer product.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities to place bets or claim winnings that would not be possible under normal Platform operation.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform on your behalf.
- Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing siplab staff or other Players via any communication channel.
- Making chargebacks or payment disputes that are not made in good faith following a genuine unauthorized transaction.
All content on the siplab Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of siplab or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of siplab.
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by siplab's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
siplab does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors and identity verification providers is limited to what is strictly necessary for transaction processing and KYC compliance. All data transmissions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, siplab, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
- Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized Account access where the unauthorized access was caused by the Player's failure to protect their login credentials.
- Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or cyber attacks.
- Decisions made by the Player in connection with their wagering activity, including any financial losses resulting from those decisions.
- Errors in third-party data feeds (e.g., live sports scores, live odds) that result in a brief period of incorrect information being displayed on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude siplab's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless siplab and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:
- Your breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Platform.
- Any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Platform.
- Any false or inaccurate information provided by you during registration, KYC, or any other Account process.
siplab reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, siplab will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or a prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which siplab holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the above, siplab acknowledges that its primary Player base is located in Indonesia and endeavours to resolve all Player disputes in a manner that is fair, transparent, and consistent with internationally recognized dispute resolution standards. Players may raise disputes by contacting the support team in the first instance.
